Jessica Hill

When I walked into Jessica Hill's photography studio at Union Station, I felt like I had walked into a new world. The walls are painted blue and white and look nothing like the brick building the studio sits inside. A table finds home in the center of the room covered in gorgeous albums and a collection of antique cameras are propped in the corner. And then there's Jessica Hill!
If you are a bride who has had a consultation with Jessica, you'll know what I mean when I say I felt like I had known her for years! Her wild red hair and infectious laugh make you want to dive into her world ... and did I ever dive!
Not only does Jessica Hill take amazing fashion and wedding photographs, but she also photographs boudoir ... or as she likes to call them: peek-a-boo sessions. There are some photographers who shouldn't point a camera at a woman and then there are photographers, like Jessica who should ALWAYS point their camera at women. Trust me, whether you are wearing jeans, a wedding gown, or a sexy little number that is for his eyes only, having an experienced photographer who knows the angles to use for your body is incredibly important!
It was clear to me while chatting away with Jessica that she truly loves the art of photography. Portland Style Unveiled will be showcasing her work in the near future, but for now check out her gorgeous website and blog!
